Youth show out at Junior Yukon Cross-country Mountain Bike Championships

Cycling Association of Yukon held the Junior Yukon Cross-Country Mountain Bike Championships on Aug. 4 at the Gunnar Nilsson and Mikey Lammers Research Forest in Whitehorse.

Held a week after the adult championships, the race was open to riders between 5 and 11 on a six-kilometre loop.

All together, 11 riders competed in the race with the largest group in the U11 boys category.
